As many of our crystal jewelry pieces are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun.

Once your order has entered production, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications. This includes custom sizing, engraving, or special crystal selections.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at [nekokoi928@gmail.com] with your order number as soon as possible. We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for options after delivery.
